SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cenpc1 (centromere protein C1, also called CENP-C) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cenpc1 qPCR Primer Set – centromere protein C1
Also known as: CENP-C, Cenpc
About this gene: Cenpc1 encodes a centromeric protein component of a nucleosome-associated complex that plays a central role in kinetochore protein assembly, mitotic progression and chromosome segregation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12617; UniProt: P49452; Chromosome location: 5 E1|5 43.56 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
