SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Celsr2 (cadherin, EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Celsr2 qPCR Primer Set – cadherin, EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 2
Also known as: Adgrc2, EGFL2, Flamingo1, flamingo, mKIAA0279, mfmi1
About this gene: Celsr2 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity and calcium ion binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including Wnt signaling pathway; homophilic cell-cell adhesion; and neural plate anterior/posterior regionalization. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cerebrospinal fluid secretion; cilium assembly; and nervous system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53883; UniProt: Q9R0M0; Chromosome location: 3 F3|3 47.02 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
