SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cdsn (corneodesmosin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cdsn qPCR Primer Set – corneodesmosin
About this gene: Cdsn is predicted to enable protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including amyloid fibril formation; corneocyte desquamation; and negative regulation of cornification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 386463; UniProt: Q7TPC1; Chromosome location: 17 B1|17 18.7 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
