SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cdkn2b (cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2B, also called p14-INK4b) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cdkn2b qPCR Primer Set – cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2B
Also known as: INK4b, MTS2, p15, p15(INK4b), p15INK4b
About this gene: Cdkn2b is predicted to enable multiple functions, including MDM2/MDM4 family protein binding activity; NF-kappaB binding activity; and enzyme inhibitor activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle and spleen development. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12579; UniProt: P55271; Chromosome location: 4 C4|4 42.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
