SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cdkn1c (cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 1C, also called p57Kip2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cdkn1c qPCR Primer Set – cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 1C
Also known as: CDKI, Kip2, p57(kip2), p57Kip2
About this gene: Cdkn1c is predicted to enable cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase inhibitor activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including embryonic placenta morphogenesis; regulation of gene expression; and uterus development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12577; UniProt: P49919; Chromosome location: 7 F5|7 88.22 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
