SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATG16L1 (autophagy related 16 like 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATG16L1 qPCR Primer Set – autophagy related 16 like 1
Also known as: APG16L, ATG16A, ATG16L, IBD10, WDR30
About this gene: The ATG16L1 protein is part of a large protein complex that is necessary for autophagy, the major process by which intracellular components are targeted to lysosomes for degradation. Defects in ATG16L1 are a cause of susceptibility to inflammatory bowel disease type 10.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55054; HGNC ID: HGNC:21498; UniProt: Q676U5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030803.7; Chromosome location: 2q37.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
