SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human WDR3 (WD repeat domain 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human WDR3 qPCR Primer Set – WD repeat domain 3
Also known as: DIP2, UTP12
About this gene: WDR3 encodes a nuclear protein containing 10 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30- to 40-amino acid domains containing multiple conserved residues, which usually include a trp-asp at the C-terminal end. Proteins belonging to the WD repeat family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10885; HGNC ID: HGNC:12755; UniProt: Q9UNX4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006784.3; Chromosome location: 1p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
