Human WDR25 qPCR Primer Set – WD repeat domain 25
Also known as: C14orf67
About this gene: WDR25 encodes a protein containing 7 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30 to 40-amino acid domains containing multiple conserved residues, typically having a Tryptophan-Aspartic acid dipeptide at the C-terminal end. WD domains are involved in protein-protein interactions in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79446; HGNC ID: HGNC:21064; UniProt: Q64LD2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001161476.3; Chromosome location: 14q32.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
