SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human WDR24 (WD repeat domain 24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human WDR24 qPCR Primer Set – WD repeat domain 24
Also known as: C16orf21, JFP7
About this gene: WDR24 enables ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to amino acid starvation; positive regulation of TORC1 signaling; and protein K6-linked ubiquitination. It acts upstream of or within protein localization to plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84219; HGNC ID: HGNC:20852; UniProt: Q96S15; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032259.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
