Human WDR11 qPCR Primer Set – WD repeat domain 11
Also known as: BRWD2, DR11, HH14, SRI1, WDR15
About this gene: WDR11 belongs to the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp, which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55717; HGNC ID: HGNC:13831; UniProt: Q9BZH6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018117.12; Chromosome location: 10q26.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
