SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LAT2 (linker for activation of T cells family member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LAT2 qPCR Primer Set – linker for activation of T cells family member 2
Also known as: HSPC046, LAB, NTAL, WBSCR15, WBSCR5, WSCR5
About this gene: LAT2 is one of the contiguous genes at 7q11.23 commonly deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7462; HGNC ID: HGNC:12749; UniProt: Q9GZY6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032464.3; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
