SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABHD11 (abhydrolase domain containing 11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ABHD11 qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 11
Also known as: PP1226, WBSCR21
About this gene: ABHD11 encodes a protein containing an alpha/beta hydrolase fold domain. ABHD11 is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83451; HGNC ID: HGNC:16407; UniProt: Q8NFV4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_148912.4; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
