SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human WBP11 (WW domain binding protein 11, also called NpwBP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human WBP11 qPCR Primer Set – WW domain binding protein 11
Also known as: BUG13, NPWBP, PPP1R165, SIPP1, VCTERL, VCTRL, WBP-11
About this gene: WBP11 encodes a nuclear protein, which colocalizes with mRNA splicing factors and intermediate filament-containing perinuclear networks. The WBP11 protein has 95% amino acid sequence identity to the mouse Wbp11 protein. The WBP11 gene product contains two proline-rich regions that bind to the WW domain of Npw38, a nuclear protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51729; HGNC ID: HGNC:16461; UniProt: Q9Y2W2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016312.3; Chromosome location: 12p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
