About this gene: WASL belongs to the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family. Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome proteins share similar domain structure, and associate with a variety of signaling molecules to alter the actin cytoskeleton. The WASL protein is highly expressed in neural tissues, and interacts with multiple proteins involved in cytoskeletal organization, including cell division control protein 42 and the actin-related protein-2/3 complex.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
