About this gene: VPS54 encodes for a protein that in yeast forms part of a trimeric vacuolar-protein-sorting complex that is required for retrograde transport of proteins from prevacuoles to the late Golgi compartment. As in yeast, mammalian Vps54 proteins contain a coiled-coil region and dileucine motifs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
