SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VPS37B (VPS37B subunit of ESCRT-I, also called hVps37B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VPS37B qPCR Primer Set – VPS37B subunit of ESCRT-I
About this gene: VPS37B enables calcium-dependent protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein targeting to membrane; protein targeting to vacuole; and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79720; HGNC ID: HGNC:25754; UniProt: Q9H9H4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024667.3; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
