SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VPS33B (VPS33B late endosome and lysosome associated, also called hVPS33B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VPS33B qPCR Primer Set – VPS33B late endosome and lysosome associated
Also known as: KDIDAR, PFIC12
About this gene: Vesicle mediated protein sorting is important for segregation of intracellular molecules into distinct organelles. Genetic studies in yeast have identified more than 40 vacuolar protein sorting genes involved in vesicle transport to vacuoles. The mammalian class C vacuolar protein sorting proteins are predominantly linked to late endosomes/lysosomes, and like their yeast counterparts, may mediate vesicle trafficking steps in the endosome/lysosome pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26276; HGNC ID: HGNC:12712; UniProt: Q9H267; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018668.5; Chromosome location: 15q26.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
