About this gene: VPS33A encodes a tethering protein and a core subunit of the homotypic fusion and protein sorting complex. The HOPS complex and a second endosomal tethering complex called the class C core vacuole/endosome tethering complex, perform diverse functions in endocytosis including membrane tethering, RabGTPase interaction. The HOPS complex controls endosome maturation as well as endosome traffic to the lysosome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
