SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VPS29 (VPS29 retromer complex component, also called hVPS29) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VPS29 qPCR Primer Set – VPS29 retromer complex component
Also known as: DC15, DC7, PEP11
About this gene: VPS29 belongs to a group of vacuolar protein sorting genes that, when functionally impaired, disrupt the efficient delivery of vacuolar hydrolases. The VPS29 protein is a component of a large multimeric complex, termed the retromer complex, which is involved in retrograde transport of proteins from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network. This VPS protein may be involved in the formation of the inner shell of the retromer coat for retrograde vesicles leaving the prevacuolar compartment.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51699; HGNC ID: HGNC:14340; UniProt: Q9UBQ0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016226.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
