About this gene: The VPREB3 protein is the human ortholog of the mouse VpreB3 protein, is believed to be involved in B-cell maturation, and may play a role in assembly of the pre-B cell receptor. While the role of this protein in B-cell development has not yet been elucidated, studies with the chicken ortholog of this protein have found that when overexpressed, this protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
