About this gene: The VPREB1 protein belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed selectively at the early stages of B cell development, namely, in proB and early preB cells. VPREB1 encodes a iota polypeptide chain that is linked to the Ig-mu chain to form a molecular complex which is expressed on the surface of pre-B cells. The complex is believed to regulate Ig gene rearrangements in the early steps of B-cell differentiation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
