SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VIPR1 (vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 1, also called VPAC1R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VIPR1 qPCR Primer Set – vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 1
Also known as: HVR1, II, PACAP-R-2, PACAP-R2, RDC1, V1RG, VAPC1, VIP-R-1, VIPR, VIRG, VPAC1, VPAC1R
About this gene: VIPR1 encodes a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide, a small neuropeptide. Vasoactive intestinal peptide is involved in smooth muscle relaxation, exocrine and endocrine secretion, and water and ion flux in lung and intestinal epithelia. Its actions are effected through integral membrane receptors linked to a guanine nucleotide binding protein which activates adenylate cyclase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7433; HGNC ID: HGNC:12694; UniProt: P32241; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004624.4; Chromosome location: 3p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
