SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPX (spexin hormone, also called NPQ) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SPX qPCR Primer Set – spexin hormone
Also known as: C12orf39, SPX1
About this gene: The SPX protein is a hormone involved in modulation of cardiovascular and renal function. The SPX gene product has also been shown in rats to cause weight loss.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80763; HGNC ID: HGNC:28139; UniProt: Q9BT56; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030572.4; Chromosome location: 12p12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
