About this gene: VAV3 belongs to the VAV gene family. The VAV proteins are guanine nucleotide exchange factors for Rho family GTPases that activate pathways leading to actin cytoskeletal rearrangements and transcriptional alterations. VAV3 product acts as a GEF preferentially for RhoG, RhoA, and to a lesser extent, RAC1, and it associates maximally with the nucleotide-free states of these GTPases.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
