About this gene: Synaptic vesicles are responsible for regulating the storage and release of neurotransmitters in the nerve terminal. The VAT1 protein is an abundant integral membrane protein of cholinergic synaptic vesicles and is believed to be involved in vesicular transport. The VAT1 gene product belongs to the quinone oxidoreductase subfamily of zinc-containing alcohol dehydrogenase proteins.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
