SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VASP (vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VASP qPCR Primer Set – vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein
About this gene: Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein belongs to the Ena-VASP protein family. Ena-VASP family members contain an EHV1 N-terminal domain that binds proteins containing E/DFPPPPXD/E motifs and targets Ena-VASP proteins to focal adhesions. In the mid-region of the protein, family members have a proline-rich domain that binds SH3 and WW domain-containing proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7408; HGNC ID: HGNC:12652; UniProt: P50552; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003370.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
