SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VASH2 (vasohibin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VASH2 qPCR Primer Set – vasohibin 2
About this gene: VASH2 enables actin binding activity; metallocarboxypeptidase activity; and microtubule binding activity. It is involved in axon development and proteolysis. It acts upstream of or within cell-cell fusion; positive regulation of angiogenesis; and positive regulation of endothelial cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79805; HGNC ID: HGNC:25723; UniProt: Q86V25; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001301056.2; Chromosome location: 1q32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
