SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VAMP3 (vesicle associated membrane protein 3, also called CEB) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VAMP3 qPCR Primer Set – vesicle associated membrane protein 3
Also known as: CEB
About this gene: Synaptobrevins/VAMPs, syntaxins, and the 25-kD synaptosomal-associated protein are the main components of a protein complex involved in the docking and/or fusion of synaptic vesicles with the presynaptic membrane. VAMP3 belongs to the vesicle-associated membrane protein/synaptobrevin family. Because of its high homology to other known VAMPs, its broad tissue distribution, and its subcellular localization, the protein encoded by VAMP3 was shown to be the human equivalent of the rodent cellubrevin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9341; HGNC ID: HGNC:12644; UniProt: Q15836; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004781.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
