SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VAMP1 (vesicle associated membrane protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human VAMP1 qPCR Primer Set – vesicle associated membrane protein 1
Also known as: CMS25, SAX1, SPAX1, SYB1, VAMP-1
About this gene: Synapotobrevins, syntaxins, and the synaptosomal-associated protein SNAP25 are the main components of a protein complex involved in the docking and/or fusion of synaptic vesicles with the presynaptic membrane. The VAMP1 protein belongs to the vesicle-associated membrane protein/synaptobrevin family. Mutations in VAMP1 are linked to autosomal dominant spastic ataxia 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6843; HGNC ID: HGNC:12642; UniProt: P23763; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014231.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
