SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSRNP2 (cysteine and serine rich nuclear protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSRNP2 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and serine rich nuclear protein 2
Also known as: C12ORF2, C12orf22, FAM130A1, PPP1R72, TAIP-12
About this gene: The CSRNP2 protein belongs to the CSRNP family of nuclear proteins that share conserved regions, including cysteine- and serine- rich regions, a basic domain, a transcriptional activation domain, and bind the sequence 'AGAGTG'. Studies in mice suggest that these genes may have redundant functions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81566; HGNC ID: HGNC:16006; UniProt: Q9H175; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030809.3; Chromosome location: 12q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
