SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UXS1 (UDP-glucuronate decarboxylase 1, also called UGD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UXS1 qPCR Primer Set – UDP-glucuronate decarboxylase 1
Also known as: SDR6E1, UGD, hUXS, hUXS1
About this gene: UXS1 encodes a enzyme found in the perinuclear Golgi which catalyzes the synthesis of UDP-xylose used in glycosaminoglycan synthesis on proteoglycans. The GAG chains are covalently attached to proteoglycans which participate in signaling pathways during development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80146; HGNC ID: HGNC:17729; UniProt: Q8NBZ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001253875.2; Chromosome location: 2q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
