SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UTY (ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide repeat containing, Y-linked) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UTY qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide repeat containing, Y-linked
Also known as: KDM6AL, KDM6C, UTY1
About this gene: UTY encodes a protein containing tetratricopeptide repeats which are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions. The UTY protein is also a minor histocompatibility antigen which may induce graft rejection of male stem cell grafts.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7404; HGNC ID: HGNC:12638; UniProt: O14607; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001258249.2; Chromosome location: Yq11.221
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
