SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UTP15 (UTP15 small subunit processome component) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UTP15 qPCR Primer Set – UTP15 small subunit processome component
Also known as: NET21
About this gene: UTP15 enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of rRNA processing; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I; and ribosomal small subunit biogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84135; HGNC ID: HGNC:25758; UniProt: Q8TED0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032175.4; Chromosome location: 5q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
