SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP9X (ubiquitin specific peptidase 9 X-linked, also called hFAM) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP9X qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 9 X-linked
Also known as: DFFRX, FAF, FAF-X, FAM, MRX99, MRXS99F, XLID99, hFAM
About this gene: USP9X belongs to the peptidase C19 family and encodes a protein that is similar to ubiquitin-specific proteases. Though USP9X is located on the X chromosome, it escapes X-inactivation. Mutations in USP9X have been linked to Turner syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8239; HGNC ID: HGNC:12632; UniProt: Q93008; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001039591.3; Chromosome location: Xp11.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
