About this gene: The USP7 protein belongs to the peptidase C19 family, which includes ubiquitinyl hydrolases. The USP7 protein deubiquitinates target proteins such as p53 and WASH, and regulates their activities by counteracting the opposing ubiquitin ligase activity of proteins such as HDM2 and TRIM27, involved in the respective process. Mutations in USP7 have been implicated in a neurodevelopmental disorder.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
