SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP47 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 47) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP47 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 47
Also known as: TRFP
About this gene: USP47 enables WD40-repeat domain binding activity and cysteine-type deubiquitinase activity. It is involved in base-excision repair; monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination; and positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Is active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55031; HGNC ID: HGNC:20076; UniProt: Q96K76; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001282659.2; Chromosome location: 11p15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
