SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP45 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 45) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP45 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 45
Also known as: LCA19
About this gene: The USP45 protein is a deubiquitylase that binds ERCC1, the catalytic subunit of the XPF-ERCC1 DNA repair endonuclease. This endonuclease is a critical regulator of DNA repair processes, and the deubiquitylase activity of the USP45 protein is important for maintaining the DNA repair ability of XPF-ERCC1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85015; HGNC ID: HGNC:20080; UniProt: Q70EL2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001346022.3; Chromosome location: 6q16.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
