SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP39 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 39) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP39 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 39
Also known as: 65K, CGI-21, HSPC332, SAD1, SNRNP65
About this gene: USP39 is predicted to enable cysteine-type deubiquitinase activity and zinc ion binding activity. It is involved in spliceosomal complex assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10713; HGNC ID: HGNC:20071; UniProt: Q53GS9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006590.4; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
