SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP36 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 36) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP36 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 36
Also known as: DUB1
About this gene: USP36 belongs to the peptidase C19 or ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. Members of this family remove ubiquitin molecules from polyubiquitinated proteins. The USP36 protein may deubiquitinate and stabilize the transcription factor c-Myc, also known as MYC, an important oncoprotein known to be upregulated in most human cancers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57602; HGNC ID: HGNC:20062; UniProt: Q9P275; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001385174.1; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
