SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP32 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP32 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 32
Also known as: NY-REN-60, USP10
About this gene: USP32 enables cysteine-type deubiquitinase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Is active in Golgi apparatus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84669; HGNC ID: HGNC:19143; UniProt: Q8NFA0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032582.4; Chromosome location: 17q23.1-q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
