SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP2 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP2 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 2
Also known as: UBP41, USP9
About this gene: USP2 belongs to the family of de-ubiquitinating enzymes, which belongs to the peptidase C19 superfamily. The USP2 protein is a ubiquitin-specific protease which is required for TNF-alpha -induced NF-kB signaling. The USP2 protein deubiquitinates polyubiquitinated target proteins such as fatty acid synthase, murine double minute 2, MDM4/MDMX and cyclin D1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9099; HGNC ID: HGNC:12618; UniProt: O75604; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004205.5; Chromosome location: 11q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
