SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP14 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP14 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 14
Also known as: TGT, Ubp6
About this gene: USP14 belongs to the ubiquitin-specific processing family of proteases that is a deubiquitinating enzyme with His and Cys domains. Mice with a mutation that leads to reduced expression of the ortholog of this protein are retarded for growth. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9097; HGNC ID: HGNC:12612; UniProt: P54578; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005151.4; Chromosome location: 18p11.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
