SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USP10 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 10
Also known as: UBPO
About this gene: Ubiquitin is a highly conserved protein that is covalently linked to other proteins to regulate their function and degradation. USP10 belongs to the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. The enzyme specifically cleaves ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated protein substrates.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9100; HGNC ID: HGNC:12608; UniProt: Q14694; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005153.3; Chromosome location: 16q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
