SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP5MK (ATP synthase membrane subunit k) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATP5MK qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase membrane subunit k
Also known as: AGP, ATP5MD, DAPIT, HCVFTP2, MC5DN6, USMG5, bA792D24.4
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Implicated in mitochondrial complex V deficiency nuclear type 6.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84833; HGNC ID: HGNC:30889; UniProt: Q96IX5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001206427.2; Chromosome location: 10q24.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
