SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USF1 (upstream transcription factor 1, also called bHLHb11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USF1 qPCR Primer Set – upstream transcription factor 1
Also known as: FCHL, FCHL1, HYPLIP1, MLTF, MLTFI, UEF, bHLHb11
About this gene: USF1 belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper family, and can function as a cellular transcription factor. The USF1 protein can activate transcription through pyrimidine-rich initiator elements and E-box motifs. USF1 has been linked to familial combined hyperlipidemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7391; HGNC ID: HGNC:12593; UniProt: P22415; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007122.5; Chromosome location: 1q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
