SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FERMT3 (FERM domain containing kindlin 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FERMT3 qPCR Primer Set – FERM domain containing kindlin 3
Also known as: KIND3, MIG-2, MIG2B, UNC112C, URP2, URP2SF
About this gene: Kindlins are a small family of proteins that mediate protein-protein interactions involved in integrin activation and thereby have a role in cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and proliferation. The FERMT3 protein has a key role in the regulation of hemostasis and thrombosis. The FERMT3 protein may also help maintain the membrane skeleton of erythrocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83706; HGNC ID: HGNC:23151; UniProt: Q86UX7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031471.6; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
