SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UROS (uroporphyrinogen III synthase, also called UROIIIS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UROS qPCR Primer Set – uroporphyrinogen III synthase
Also known as: Mgu, UROIIIS
About this gene: The UROS protein catalyzes the fourth step of porphyrin biosynthesis in the heme biosynthetic pathway. Defects in UROS cause congenital erythropoietic porphyria.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7390; HGNC ID: HGNC:12592; UniProt: P10746; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000375.3; Chromosome location: 10q26.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
