SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UQCRC2 (ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase core protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UQCRC2 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase core protein 2
Also known as: MC3DN5, QCR2, UQCR2
About this gene: The UQCRC2 protein is located in the mitochondrion, where it is part of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex. Defects in UQCRC2 are a cause of mitochondrial complex III deficiency nuclear type 5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7385; HGNC ID: HGNC:12586; UniProt: P22695; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003366.4; Chromosome location: 16p12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
