Human UQCR11 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase, complex III subunit XI
Also known as: 0710008D09Rik, QCR10, UQCR
About this gene: UQCR11 encodes a smallest known component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex, which forms part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The UQCR11 protein may function as a binding factor for the iron-sulfur protein in this complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10975; HGNC ID: HGNC:30862; UniProt: O14957; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006830.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
