SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UPP1 (uridine phosphorylase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UPP1 qPCR Primer Set – uridine phosphorylase 1
Also known as: UDRPASE, UP, UPASE, UPP
About this gene: UPP1 encodes a uridine phosphorylase, an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible phosphorylation of uridine to uracil and ribose-1-phosphate. The encoded enzyme functions in the degradation and salvage of pyrimidine ribonucleosides.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7378; HGNC ID: HGNC:12576; UniProt: Q16831; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003364.4; Chromosome location: 7p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
